On the 4th of May I ordered a Ryan Adams t-shirt from the ryan-adams.com website. When I did order it, it asked for standard or second day air mail. I chose the 2nd day air because it was only $5.00. Well now, its been far longer than a month now and I still have not recieved my purchase, nor gotten a reply. After waiting for the order for about 3-4 weeks, I started e-mailing them and calling. I have left my cell phone number, and email address with them and asked if they could please contact me...and they never did. The date is now June 21st of 2006 and still nothing. SpartArt is a very terrible business, and they dont know how to communicate with customers. I demand my $20 back as soon as possible, or my shirt. Do not order from SparkArt! If you ever order a bands t-shirt, make sure that you dont order through SparkArt.they will rip you off.
