BIG INTERNET SCAM! Do NOT order products under the name of Sparklewhite. They send you their "trial" offer and then you are automatically signed up for their home delivery program, whether you wanted it or not. They charged me $92.37 and I was in total shock. I had not done my homework as I should have, and read the complaints that have been lodged against this company as a scam. Had I done so I would not have fallen into the same trap as so many others. Both UNOPENED packages were sent back to them immediately after the big charge and now I'm told that I cannot receive a refund for the $92.37. That charge was for the second package that was sent to me and it was returned immediately. I wasn't expecting the $3.97 refunded. But the $92.37 should be refunded because it does fall well within the 30-day timeframe. Having said all of this I will say that Dazzlewhite, a company I understand works along with Sparklewhite has refunded me both of the $87.62 charges that were unauthorized and charged against my account. Be warned...DO NOT ORDER FROM SPARKLEWHITE and I wouldn't recommend ordering from DAZZLEWHITE, as I have seen many complaints against them as well. I've learned an expensive lesson.
