I bought four chandeliers from them. The quality is inferior, they came in a million pieces that I had to assemble, they don't accept returns, and THE CHANDELIERS ARE NOT UL RATED, plus the people are rude and unresponsive. I checked with the Better Business Bureau and there are 90 complaints against them during a 36 month period.

I wish I had checked websites like this before I bought.
