I am trying to contact this company to clear this debt I obtained back in 08/2000, and I'm not being able to reach anyone to clear my credit report. I would like to make arrangements to drop all interest and fees, and then I will pay the remainder of the balance. I am trying very hard to clean my credit report. But with these companies, you cant reach anyone to help. I am having the same problem with Capital One Bank. They are telling me I have to submit a letter to a certain address, but there is no one I can reach by phone or email to expedite the process. I am a person who just wants to straighten their credit out, once and for all. I am among the thousands of people who after years, trying to be honest, and take care of business. And I'm being held up by companies like these who won't help
