Delivery man also, arrogant, rude and ignorant! My husband offered to help the delivery man bring it in the house (by the way - my husband currently has a dabble stomach hernia) I thought he was going to help-- he just got in his truck and drove away. Called the trucking company -- just as stupid and rude.

Can you imagine if my 84 year old father was alone in his house and they just left the chair on the curb? Nice! Huh! These people prey on the weak and elderly by not telling them the whole story.
