I ordered some items on 10/22/10, and charged them to my Paypal account. Two days later I received an email informing me that my order had been fulfilled and provided a USPS tracking #. Now, 15 days later, I still have not received my order. I have emailed Spiral Haircase several times inquiring as to when I could expect the items I purchased and have received no response. When I attempted to call, the number was disconnected. Yesterday I could not even assess the website. I have referred this incident to Paypal, and would warn anyone considering purchasing from this business to beware. They enticed business with their "moving sale" using an additional savings code "Moving40". That's a real person of integrity who would bilk consumers out their money under false pretenses in our present economy, when finances are already tight as it is!
