After sitting through their presentation and high pressure sales job, they gave us free vacation and cruise package. We selected the dates (three of them) and sent our deposit. The only problem is that they could never fill our request... Spirit could not get us any of the condo in the cities we wanted at any time.. not only the selected time we choice. The crusie was even worst... three dates... nothing available... except that crusie411 discount site had sites available... A friend followed up on his adventure with spirit... the cruise that he ask for and was not given by Spirit... set sail with 100 empty rooms... nothing vailable...

Spirit customer relations department is the worst that I ever dealt with and speaking english must not be a rerquirement.
