Spirit Incetive Travel Reviews

November 21, 2008
Cruise
After attending a presentation for Vacation Travel Club - we were given incentive cruise travel for 7 nights via Spirit Travel - all went okay - until now less than 90 days prior to our departure I am finding out this Carnival ship has upper and lower bunk staterooms - now I was told I would have an interior room - but nothing about bunks! So I called Carnival since I am handicapped - with them telling me I would need to talk with Spirit to change anything and that they should have asked me at the time of booking for any handicapped issues. So here we go - of course Spirit has my money and will do nothing and says I agreed to the terms! yes interior terms but not bunks! so once again I have spoken with Carnival and told them what a poor reflection that this was on them since they do business with these people (I use that term very loosely!) So I guess when I get on board and I have bunks I will not be able to get in I will be sleeping on the deck and then contacting my attorney!
BEWARE!!! Always a new scam!
