I recieved a call today from an unknown automated system, all it stated was, " Please wait for the next available associate to assist you." and kept repeating over and over and finally after about 5 minutes or so it seemed, the machine hung up on me. I *69'd the number in hopes I would get a workable retun number to call them up and ask what company and what was the nature of the call. I was connected with the Spirit of America Servicing Center, whom told me that their system had not called me. I finally spoke to a supervisor that told me the same I asked why he was lying to me and also that I was going to seek repayment for the *69 service I had to use to get a return number, he told me to go ahead and good luck with that. I have since contacted my phone company to get a record (next month's bill) of when the call came in and when and how much I was charged for the *69 service fee. Then I will submit a bill or have something taken off our bill.
