In addition, after paying himself well on a option arm, he stole my commissions earned through points and rebate. My Cheng promised reconciliation for months and referred me to his attorney...he kept insisting on a new broker agreement whereas he fact was really stalling because he knew Lexington was in imminent danger of becoming insolvent. After a few months of stalling, Lexington Mortgage did abruptly close it's doors and discontinued all email and phone service. Mr. Cheng is most likely waiting in the shadows for the market to recover so he can start his dishonest and fraudulent loan practices again. Be advised...you cannot trust this man or and business he has infected.
