There are plenty of photo services in Phnom Penh that provide great customer service and professional quality prints at low prices. Try International Photo Studio, David Murphy Photography, or City Color Photos. They provide excellent services.

DO NOT use SPK Plus Professional Digital Photography or SPK Color Lab Kodak Co., Ltd. The studio provides very poor services; especially the photos look very synthetic. Their photo machines are very old and need to be replaced. They don’t tell you this upfront because they are scam. The picture taken produces poke-a-dots. They don't take responsibility of their work and if something goes wrong they blame on their workers. Not a good place to do business with. Please think twice before walking in. -From a concern citizen.
