advertisement, non receipt of one item.What is advertised on web site is not what is received This is what I thought I ordered

Divine Vintage Glass Golden Goddess Cabochon, What I received it is made of plastic I also ordered one each of these Unusual old stone with a subtle Art Nouveau inspired design. Oriental influence is evident in the subtly beautiful image of a Crane with open wings. Cleverly camouflaged among a botanical background. Very sculptural and finely molded. Five pierced holes, including one generous one at the top. Flat back. 18mm x 13mm x 3mm at thickest central point.

Also Plastic I also ordered one more item that I did not receive.These items are described as glass and stone..false and misleading.I have made contact with this business, although i still have not received one item #C-69, the seller advised me to test the items, that appeared to be plastic, are indeed glass and stone. I was disillusioned as to the excuse the

seller gave me what I thought to be bogus excuse, concerning "Holiday delivery", I ordered these pieces Oct 7th.I am still waiting for the sellers response to the item I have not yet received.
