Signed a contract on 10/01/07 in which we where gauranteed to get 40 auto accident leads within one year. We paid $5000. Chiro-income solutions was supposed to advertise on TV and radio for us. If we did not get 40 phone calls from potential patients, then our money would be pro-rated back to us. We received no phone calls from any potential patients. Little TV or radio advertising was done. Business number we had 626-331-0445 is now disconnected.
