I bought a 3G/4G wireless unit from Sprin 6 months ago. Used it about 20 times. The speed is 1/10th what they promised, sometimes as low as 160 kilobytes (that's KILObytes) per second speed. My 4G is slower than my $20 a month time warner internet speed and my 3G is pretty much like dial up speed. The charger connector BROKE after I used it 20 times. They now say I have to pay $50 for "refurbished" unit; can't get a new one. No one cares; no manager will overide the edict of the company. I had to take it in 5 times the first week to get it to work and they say they have "no record" of any visits. What a company! I am locked in for 5 years. Maybe I need to contact consumer protection/ BBB or terminate my service. I am completely unhappy.
