I purchase a phone from sprint which was to be $108.99. When I received my records from my credit card, I had noticed that $50 more was taken from my account with out my permission. When I tried to get the company to refund the extra charges, they said they could not do this but could provide a credit to my account for the amount. When I told them that this was unacceptable, they then transfer me to a supervisior whom said they would correct the situation and that I should receive a check within 48 hours. To my surprise, I received another call from sprint stating they were going to provide me a credit to my account. Again I explain that this was not what I initially agreed on and that I would not like a credit. as it stands now, the money has not been refunded and I am still disputing this situation with Sprint. It seems that this company has not protocol to hand problem like this and it's a very frustrating experience to speak with several different people whom say they can help and they apologies for the problem but yet they still seem to not be able to correct the situation. Beware of Sprint ! They will take money from your account without your authorization. I will provide updates as I have them.
