Back in the beginning of February I realized my husband had unknowingly subscribed to third party services on his phone. The bill for these services was $165, and upon realizing that our phone bill was very high compared to normal, I questioned the charges with Sprint. This is when I first head of the third party charges. I requested access to the internet and any third party data access be blocked on my husband's phone during that call on February 5th, 2008. On March 11th, 2008 I received my bill and the $ 165 was still listed as charges on my bill. Per discussion with Sprint representatives, they said that the third party services were not blocked on the date I had requested; February 5th and that I was responsible for all the charges. When asked why it was not blocked per my request, their answer is that the the conversation did not take place.

I have tried repeatedly to call to shut off my service and the system through the phone line and the website does not even offer it as an option. I wait for hours to get though to a person who simply says they will transfer me to the right department and then put on hold for hours again. I think they will not talk to people behind on the bill? I have a Metro PCS now and want to stop the billing and service for Sprint Nextel. Does anyone know how I can do it? I have tried several phone numbers I found but never get anywhere. I don't want this bill to keep going- it has been cut off for like 2 months but I think the bill is growing
