I transferred my Cell Service to Sprint to save money on their Unlimited Everything Plan. I am saving money, but can't make quality calls from my home. I have spoke with Customer Service several times, but they can't resolve this issue. The quality of the calls are terrible and often drops. Their only recommendation is to purchase their Power Boost Equipment. I think a carrier should do whatever possible to assist the customers to get quality service without occurring additional cost. I transferred from Verizon, which was a definitely an error in judgment. Verizon Service great in every way. All I ask is to get what I am paying for...Sprint is not delivering...Jim D
