I'm a preferred customer with sprint My husband that is and my phone has been replaced 9 times I just recieved a new instinct s30 still having a problem I've called tech support and they have had me reseting this new mind you phone several times I can't store my contacts due to the constant reseting also been to the tyler store same thing so I asked could they give me another make and model the customer service rep. said yes if you have money what kind of mess is this. the phone is new I just recieved this phone11/09/2009. I want this phone replaced with the phone of my choice due to my inconvience the way I was treated and most of me and my husband being devoted sprint customers that's only fair and that's fair now I have 30days before this phone becomes my problem so someone @ sprint needs to meet my needs soon
