The above web site sold me a 1 year subscription on 9-21-2005. Due to repeated warnings that my subscription was about to expire I decide to uninstall the program and then to re-install it. To my surprise the program did not allow me to re-install and continued to pester me to purchase a new subscription.

Writing to them was no help at all since they never bothered to reply.

They conveniently left out their phone number so there is no way to contact them.

Why does the government allow these types of businesses to flourish at the expense of the public. Is there no justice at all for the poor consumer!!!
