Purchased software on 11/6/10 and after numerous calls and emails for help with installation and operation it still does not work. They will not refund my money, they only recycle the help "tips" when I ask for a refund. Steer WAY Clear of this company...help desk is of no help they do not follow up when you ask for a refund...Do NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!
