A few months ago this "spyware guard " kept popping up on my computer telling me I had all kinds of viruses and worms that were an immediate threat to my computer. It would NOT go away no matter what I tried. I went ahead and purchased a 1 year protection @ 49.95. Then when it scanned and removed those "threats" it has no longer detected any. The credit card was billed the amount AlONG WITH a fee to exchange the US funds to rubles ( the billing was out of Moscow Russia) .DING DING. Now that it's well past the 30 days(there was a 30 day money back guarantee), IT'S POPPING UP AGAIN!!! It interupts everything I try to do. This morning after I ran the one I had purchaed and found NO threats I went to the e-mail they had sent me and replied to it that I was going to report their scam since then it hasn't worked at all and won't even scan. The support e-mail address they offered doesn't exist and when I tried to get a pphone number it would say, "page cannot be displayed". I don't know what to do about this so I'm reporting it everywhere possible. I can't get the stupid thing to stop popping up and interupting me. If there's any way anyone can help me I would greatly appreciate it! Thank you!
