awful customer service

totally unprofessional customer service. act like a petulent teenager when you approach them about the smallest complaint. they are very arrogant and do not respect their customers. they are absolutely awful when you try to explain product mix up. i didnt want to give them a star but i just gave 1 because of quick delivery service. i have used the company for several years and the first query i had regarding a product mix up turned out very nasty. i have since stopped using the comapny. keep away from SSHealthfoods.

BLOCKING ACCOUNT

ICONTACT HAVE DONE NOTHING BUT CAUSE ME GRIEF FOR SEVERAL YEARS. THEY DO NOT ALLOW DOWNGRADE UNLESS YOU CONTACT THEM AND THEN THEY WILL CONTINUALLY DEACTIVATE YOUR ACCOUNT TO SHOW HOW GRATEFULL THEY ARE. THEY TAKE AT LEAST TWO DAYS TO REPLY TO AN ISSUE OR EMAIL AND WHEN THEY DO ITS TO AVOID THE ISSUE. MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN BLOCKED AT LEAST 30 TIMES BY THESE PEOPLE FOR NO REASON. THEY HAVE MY MONEY BUT I AM UNALBE TO USE THEIR SERIVES TIME AND TIME AGAIN.
