totally unprofessional customer service. act like a petulent teenager when you approach them about the smallest complaint. they are very arrogant and do not respect their customers. they are absolutely awful when you try to explain product mix up. i didnt want to give them a star but i just gave 1 because of quick delivery service. i have used the company for several years and the first query i had regarding a product mix up turned out very nasty. i have since stopped using the comapny. keep away from SSHealthfoods.
