Like other complaints I thought I was on the Official P90X Site and was not. It was only after receiving a call almost immediately from my credit card company's fraud department did I know the site was in CHINA! A package was sent but I refused it and have the tracking information to show it was returned to China. I've since closed the credit card account but am still trying to get my credit card company to remove the charges.
