I phoned (02085632900) in order to book a flight to Egypt for myself and 2 children(over 12yrs old) I was told there are places on British Middland (from 23rd July to 27th August) it will cost £480 each total of £1440. I gave her my card details, I informed my kids, work and family in Egypt, I waited to send the ticket through my email and nothing happend, when I phoned them the following morning I was told that I have to pay extra as they can only book for two places and the third one have to pay £520 in order to travel on the same day and sent me booking form to fill, i kept the form and contacted another Agency and had to pay extraas we are in the high season.
I am leaving the matter to you for investigation.
