the bank that cant figure out how to submit a loan payoff letter... it took them 2 days after closing to finally figure out how to send a payoff letter on a loan they agreed to take on... the title company attorney had to notify them to do their job.

dont use st louis bank.. they have not been in business long enough to know what they are doing!
