Totally useless service. You pay a subscription and get nothing but their software to print postage labels. You can do the same thing a the US Post Office website (usps.com) FOR FREE! I suspected this was go to be the situation, but when I forgot to cancel the trial and had been charged &17.95 for nothing, I contacted Customer Service and spoke with a very polite, but high pressure sales guy who convinced me to try it another month "since I had paid for it". Well, I'm here to tell you, it just isn't worth it. Now I will have to spend who knows how long on the phone Monday trying to get this dumb subscription canceled
