I recieved a letter titled "FINAL NOTICE OF UNCLAIMED WINNING", telling me that I had won $250, 000 in the CUSTOMERS COMPENSATION DRAW. A check for $4, 920.00 was enclosed, which I was to use to pay taxes, and I was to call Lisa Austin, assigned claim agent, for further instructions. I had never entered any sweepstakes to begin with, so before making a call I checked the internet and found numerous complaints about Standard Trust, along with a photo copy of an identical letter. I then made a call to Lisa. Lisa was on luch break the first two times I called, and she was never back from lunch even two hours later. A man named Albert, who kept answering the phone, told me to put the money into my account and then call him (or anybody in his office) back for further instructions. I recorded my phone conversation with Albert.
