I bought an out of the box unit. Did not get the usually ink cartridges that are found in a bix and NOT TOLd that if the printer ink supply was low, they would not give a replacement. The drivers and manuals given to me ere from someone else's box, I assume, since they were not for my model.

So, my ink supply was negligible. I returned to the store where the manager told me that I had a $105 discount. (The discount was a fraction of the cost of replacing the cartridges.) I explained that my only recourse was to bring the unit back for a refund. He said it was okay to do that. I told him if I do, you lose a sale and have to find another customer.

So, I did.

The lesson here is to go to Costco, or office depot. For the record, I am not affiliated with either company.
