bought new home in2008 from Alan Weiss/Michael Chao/Star Land Developers problems from the beginning he gave me names of subcontractors to do repairs and they refused to come back said Alan and Michael owned them money . Alan and Michael lied to me about fixing flooring, heating fireplace, kitchen cabinets and much more basically left us high and dry.
