Bought an electronic toy for my grandson for Christmas and after using it twice it quit working. Although the vendor's website says they make returns for defective merchandise and pay for return shipping, when I asked for a return authorization number they did not comply and said I have to send it back to the manufacturer at my own expense. This company does not honor its return policy!!
