Starmax Finance sold me a vehicle that was previously in a front end collision. Owner of Starmax Finance refused to swap out vehicles and give me a more reliable vehicle and also refused to give me my full refund of $2, 000 back that I put towards the vehicle as a down payment. Owner of Starmax Finance owns 6 other locations besides the one on East Colonial Drive in Orlando. We all know he's not hurtin for any money. Really rude people that work there as well as the receptionist that likes to leave harassing messages on peoples voice mails. I'm pregnant I don't need to be stressed out but yet they don't seem to understand that. All they want is their money. I WILL NEVER EVER FINANCE ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM ANOTHER BUY HERE PAY HERE PLACE!
