Our dog from Starr Goldens is amazing! Our dog never leaves my side and never once have we had a health issue. His place is spotless and his dogs are spotless. I will be purchasing another in the future. The bad review above is likely the owners fault not the breeder.

Two years ago I purchased an English Golden Retriever from this AKC breeder in Ohio that goes by” Starr Golden”. The female dog now has hip dysplasia and arthritis (she is only two years old). I believe this breeder is a puppy mill or is breeding sick puppies. At the time I purchased her the breeder would not let me come to the house. The breeder made several excuses as to why we could not see the house and meet the other dogs. Our dog will have to be on medication for the rest of her life and has had surgery this week to repair weak ACL. I hope that an investigation will be done to prevent this from happening to other puppies and the pain it causes the owners.
