The boast a 30-money back guarantee, 24/7 on line chat help, 24/7 tech support. Unfortunately, once they get your money there is absolutely no service provided. Phone calls to their 800 number go unanswered... ooops I forgot, one department does ALWAYS answer the phone... that would be the sales department. E-mails are routinely ignored, support tickets ignored, tech help... non-existent. The alleged 'live chat' support has not worked since the day I signed up. I contacted my charge card company to see if they had a phone number on file. The number submitted with the claim for payment is a disconnected number... why was I not surprised about that!?
