When inquiry was made store manager promised me that that form would be in a store next day. I check with a store for whole week and they still didn't receive a form . The rebate form that company uses do have and expiration date and if customer will not submit rebate on time it looses it eligibility The reason I believe that company is using false advertisement and trying to mislead by publics because this is the third time this happed to me in the last 6 months.
