These accusations are completely untrue. We have been in business under the same name since 1987. In this particular case, the customer's item was backordered. We informed them of this and then cancelled the order. No money was EVER TAKEN from this customer, and their credit card was NOT charged. It has been our policy for 19 years never to charge the customer's credit card until their order is processed and shipped. Our web site is most certainly not "fake", and has been in continuous operation on the web since 1994. Our fax number and customer service email are listed on our web site and we respond promptly to all inquiries.
