I recieved a gift card from a friend because I am an avid golfer. The gift card is for $100.00. I've had the card for some time but I never gave it another thought because the card has no expiration date on it anywhere. I went online to activate the card and to my astonishment the card is expired. The card says to "treat this card just like cash". I don't know what country they are from but cash doesn't expire as far as I know.
Customer service told me there is nothing they can do because they do not sell the cards anymore. I feel as though it was a scam and now my friend is cheated out of $100.00 because Westin will not honor the card and hides behind a lame explanation. I will never do business with this company again.
