I have made reservation through this website which claimed the "Best rates.Guaranteed" for a four nights stay in Laguna Hotel at USD570 and found out later it was without breakfast and they will charge USD22 per person which makes additional of USD176 for two of us (totalling USD746). I have written to them complaining that the breakfast is usually being provided and if not they shall have indicated at their offer (which they don't). And moreover, at hotelclub website, they are offering USD648 for the room and breakfast for two. I have asked for cancellation so that I can make reservation with hotelclub.net but was not entertained for. At the time of writing, the offer by hotelclub.net still valid. All the prices is exclusive the tax and service charges. Where can I get help from?
