Ordered one set of 10 State Coin Bears+ the George Washington Dollar Bear Which They said was on back order. Never received the George Washington Bear. Order 11/16/09, After that date received a shipment of three bears on 11/30/09 which was sent back certified postage. Latter on I noticed on my credit card statements that I was Double Billed for the Bears & for merchandize I haven't received. Called their phone number but only get recordings to leve name & phone number still no responce. When to the Bank to have my credit card canceled due to on going charges. Sent the company leters & no responce. Registered a complaint with the credit card company but they said, it was over 60 days and their is nothing they can do. I'm out $116.00
