We have had several roofers from different companies look at our roof and they say we have hail damage. We had the contractor from State Farm say we have hail damage, but now the adjuster claims we have no hail damage -- she has been doing this for 2 years - what kind of experience of does she have?? I thought an adjuster should have more experience than that. The roofers have 30 years experience. She said they are just out to get your money and they would say we have hail damage, but she does not agree we have hail damage, so State Farm will not pay. BUT she did say we had hail damage to our porch area and she gave us a check for that. Also every house in our neighborhood that has State Farm has been denied claims - all the other house are getting new roofs because they are with other insurance companies. Please explain!!! We will pursue as far as we can go but it looks like it maybe hopeless - we'll end up changing insurance companies.
