I'm a single mother of two, who also takes care of my 73 yr old mother, I live in New York, but own property here in Georgia. I gave Iulus White money for carpeting and vinyl flooring for my two townhouses in Conyers, each have three bedrooms / 2 1/2 bathrooms, large eat- in kitchens. I paid him to remove wallpaper in all the kitchens and baths, repair and paint walls, doors, closets and trim. He was also paid to make repairs to and paint exterior front porch of both units, clean and polish all kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities. ALL WORK NOT DONE .He was paid to purchase and install NINE New Windows. I only have seven on my property, He refuses to talk about my two missing windows and the seven are ALL UNFINISHED and unframed . He was paid to purchase two heating and air conditioning units, one brand new for each unit. He claims that they were stolen along with all the flooring by an employee he gave the keys to my property to do work. I HAVE RECEIPTS with his company letterhead and signature stating I PAID IN FULL/ COMPLETED. BUT NONE OF THE WORK WAS COMPLETED. NOW HE REFUSES TO RETURN MY TEXT OR CALLS. I HAVE PICTURES TOO!! HELP ME PLEASE!! I'VE TIRED EVERYTHING. I REALLY NEED HELP!!!
