The private security buisness listed above has in the past held employees certifications (ie. commission cards) so that the employee will not attempt to seek employment elsewhere. I personaly have not recieved my certifications cards for classes that i took three months ago (ie. pepper spray, handcuffing). They also have not sent me my last payment for uniforms that i returned to them one month ago. This company purposely denies people their rights based upon the way that they feel about that certain individual.
