Ordered two Steakhouse XT with Smokey Cheese burgers through the drive through. Got home to eat with son and Both burgers were badly burned. Opened bun to find a completely black burger. Neither of us are picky eaters and enjoy cajun. This burger was not supposed to be cajun and it was beyond that it was a pile of char in a bun.

Also both burgers were missing tomato and pickle. The lettuce was a sparce few pieces of white material far from the delicious looking leafy green in the product picture.

With how badly burned and underequipped these burgers were I can not believe they were sold.

All in all worst eating experience in my life. I will go to Carl's Jr. next time.
