We purchased a 1500 king size set from mattress man in bloomsbug, pa.17815 we are on our third set in less than three months. we are not overweight people although i dont think that should matter with a top name mattress company, especially a new set. a man from a place called bedcheck came and checked the third mattress and said it was defective and would me faxing a report that night. still a month later and no one will give us any information. trying to find a number or e-mail address for stearns&foster is impossible, i have just mailed a letter to stearns and foster headquarters, if i dont hear from them i will be calling the pa attorney generals office. all i hear from mattress man is stearns and foster is top of the line, well they should start responding as a top company, more expensive does not really mean better in all circumstances!
