This company is based in the East Coast, but provides "service" to other areas, such as Southern California. I was a paying subscriber to their internet service, and I would only have internet for about 2 or so hours a day. The service was so lousy it would just not work whatsoever for almost all of the day. I would try to call tech support, but was patched through to an answering service that would "put a note in" and was told that "the tech people will get to you when they can" which would actually be either never, or at least a week late. I finally got fed up with this service and switched, and it was the best thing I've ever done. Do not get your internet service provided by this company. They are a horrible company that provides an even worse service.
