I sent a stereo receiver to Stereo Surgeons for repair. They never provided a repair estimate as theystated they would on their website. The unit was not repaired and was NOT returned. Phone calls resulted in verbal abuse and correspondence (includung that from Better Business Bureau) was ignored. During last phone call, the owner stated he would return the unit if I paid shipping. I stated I would and provided credit card info, but unit was never returned!
