April 11, 2009 I bought a 128i Convertible at Sterling BMW. 4 days later the car died down as I was driving. I had it towed to Sterling after few close calls because I was right at the corner of a very busy intersection. I found out later that Better Business Bureau rated Sterling a bottom 'F'.

Here is what the BBB said:We strongly question the company's reliability for reasons such as that they have failed to respond to complaints, their advertising is grossly misleading, they are not in compliance with the law's licensing or registration requirements, their complaints contain especially serious allegations, or the company's industry is known for its fraudulent business practices.
