I am Giridhar.A.Kalal, from Dharwad. I hav purchased 11 trees from Sterling Tree Magnum(India) LTD at a total cost of Rs 19, 525/ The purchase value of each tree is Rs 1775/. The date of joining is 08.09.1995 and maturity date is 07.09.2015. The scheme is "Child Millionaire Teakquity" The certificate no. is H 328 and application no. is D 336621. The companies address in certificate is "Divyaa" 8A, Murrays Gate Road, Alwarpet, Madras 600 018 ( Incorporated under the companies act 1956). The trees are planted at Annamalaiyanpatti Plantation in Periakulam Registration District, Madurai Dist. As per the condition the first interim returns is payable on 07/09/2001 and second interim return payable is on 07/09/2007. But the company has not paid the above returns and also has not communicated. Please help me.
