Cut an inch shorter
Ordered 3 shades. The last 2 the windows are almost identical. The first is 51 3/4", the second is 52 1/8". Both packages were individually wrapped, with the labels on. The 51 3/4 was perfect, the second one was 51 1/8" (an inch shorter than I ordered). They claim that I sent the wrong shade. I know I saw the shades, the first was installed first, perfect. The second was an inch shorter.

I am afraid to order from them again because THIS MISTAKE... I love the shades, I've been to Home Depot & Loews, the prices are so much more expensive... The material is excellent, and the workmanship is the best... When I talked to the reps, they are incredibly nice.

In my house I have 12 windows, they are getting pretty old (from Douglas Hunter). I have wood blinds, I have a beautiful view of a lake in the back, and a golf course in the front. Steve's blinds are so much more beautiful that the wood blinds... When you want to see the entire view, I open the SHADES (in the Kitchen) and the view is the best, because you have the entire landscape window.

One of the things I ordered is because Steve said he is behind them ...honestly I believe him.
When I said I want talk to a supervisor, it is the same department... Very nice people, but they do not believe that I did what I told them... They should have told me to send both blinds back, and they could have seen that I was right... In any case, the prices are so cheap that I ordered the same blind with a 10% discount... Honestly, I would recommend this company except, now I am very AFRAID.

Maybe, Steve will see this and he may be able to rule in my favor... Honestly, I am glad that I paid the price, but ordering from them I think is a NO NO. Honestly, the entire vendors in the internet do not come close to Steve's

Damaged merchadished
When I recieved my order it arrived damaged. I immediately contacted Steve's blinds and was instructed to take pictures of the blinds and e-mail them to customer services. I forwarded the pictures and was told I would receive the replacement blinds. that was on April 27, 2010. As of todays date I have not received anything. everytime I contacted the company I was told the manufacturers were behind and I would receive my order in 48 hours. I finally gave upn the replacement blinds and demanded my money back to no avail. Steve's Blinds is a fraud and does not stand behind their products. Please do not order from Steve's blinds.
