After receiving med-cal for over a year i transfered my case to my new location in irvine california and was referred to a new address at 18 truman irvine ca 92620. This is after i moved from key west florida and used to see steven sears at his office on truman st in key west florida 33040.

Now my medicine is expired and i cannot get a renewal if i cannot locate the new address in california. my family is waiting for more services to help my 5 year old with ADD and my daughter with learning disability.

i have been to the steven sears office several times and cannot locate the truman clinic and i have to take the bus as i have no transport. the front office people were very friendly but could not give me the directions to the new clinic where they keep my medical records.
