Stock building supply has been rekeying locks for new homes for many years. Their employers doing this are not licensed. They have access to any new home they supply to. They write down key #s to all homes,also have 1 construction key# to get into any new home. These employers go out to job sites and rekey locks with no license and dont charge the construction workers at the job site.
